PREGEEZ Returns Policy

 

1.1     Stock Shortages:

Should a Product you have ordered be;

1.1.1  Temporarily unavailable, Pregeez will notify you thereof, as well as, the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for such longer period for delivery, or accept delivery of another product instead or a credit on your Pregeez account, Pregeez will issue a full refund in respect of that Product to you within 30 days after such notice;

1.1.2  Permanently unavailable/out of STOCK, Pregeez  will notify you and, unless you agree to accept another product instead or a credit on your Pregeez account, Pregeez will issue a full refund in respect of that Product to you within 30 days after such notice.

1.2    “Cooling Off” Period

You are entitled to cancel any Purchase concluded on this Site within 7 days after having received the Product and to obtain a full purchase price refund within 30 days thereafter. However, such Product must then be returned at your risk and expense and the product must be returned in a re-saleable condition in order to be entitled for a refund. Please therefore do not remove the Product from its original packaging, all tags must be in original position and the Product must be unworn.

1.3    Defective Products

If, after delivery of the Product to you, you find that the Product is defective/faulty or not reasonably durable  (“Defective”), you can arrange to return such product to Pregeez for inspection (at Pregeez expense).

1.3.1  If the Product is subsequently found to be Defective, you are entitled to either (a) be fully refunded, or (b) have the Product repaired or replaced at Pregeez expense (the decision between repairing or replacing being that of Pregeez depending on availability of STOCK)

1.3.2  If the Product is subsequently found to NOT be Defective, you will not be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having such Product returned to Pregeez and then re-delivered to you.

1.3.3 The following are instances in which the Product will NOT be deemed to be Defective and will not entitle you to any refund, repair or replacement:

- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Damage arising from incorrect usage / washing of the Product.
- Products not fitting you properly due to you not having measured yourself accurately in accordance with sizing guidelines

1.4    Return Procedure to be followed:

 

1.4.1 Using the invoice relevant to the Purchase of the Product you want to return as a reference, you must contact Pregeez on info@pregeez.co.za  stating the reason entitling such return under this Return Policy (i.e. you are ‘cooling off’ within 7 days, or the Product is Defective).

 

1.4.2 You are entitled to cancel any Purchase concluded on this Site within 7 days after having received the Product and to obtain a full purchase price refund within 30 days thereafter. However, such Product must then be returned at your risk and expense and the product must be returned in a re-saleable condition in order to be entitled for a refund. Please therefore do not remove the Product from its original packaging and/or use or wear the Product. Please ensure that the Product is suitably protected with its original packaging, with swing tag in place and that it is still in perfect condition for the purposes of re-sale. Return the Product to: Pregeez Returns, Office 301 3rd Floor Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch, 7600.

 

1.4.3 A non-Defective Product will not be accepted as a valid return if it clearly shows signs of having been subject to lasting use (longer than a few minutes). In other words the Products must not show marks of extended use beyond the time required to try them on and/or test them and must be in a condition allowing them to be resold.

 

1.5    Sale items

 

1.5.1 There is a no return policy on discounted or sale goods so please select your sale items carefully.
